Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are tightly secured to prevent transit damage.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
